Clubs and Teams

KCS offers over 100 different clubs and teams each year.

At KCS, your child has the choice of a myriad of unique and fun extra-curricular activities.

Each term our teachers at the Junior School run over 40 clubs and teams for Senior Kindergarten to Grade 8 students. Your child can choose from activities such as; Jazz Band, Lego Robotics, Boot Camp, Newspaper Club, Ultimate Frisbee, Book Trailers, Tech Blazers, Science is Fun!, Lacrosse, Computer Coding, Running Club, House Captains, Community Service Club, T-Ball, iPad Art Club, Yoga Fit, and many more.

At the Senior School, club and team offerings are rooted in the options of interest expressed by our students. All faculty as well as interested students will play a lead role in a wide array of options in academics, arts, athletics, and citizenship. KCS Learning Partners will also add their expertise where relevant.

All of the Four Doors (Academics, Arts, Athletics, and Citizenship) are represented in the club and team offerings.

These extra-curricular activities are designed to help your child develop their body, mind, and social-emotional skills. And our House Point system encourages students to get involved in many clubs and teams so they can discover new interests while also enjoying their favourite activities.

At KCS, we know that some of the most important lessons in life aren’t taught in a classroom. They’re learned when kids get outside their comfort zone, take a chance on something new, and have fun developing new skills with their friends. And clubs and teams are some of the best ways to learn those lessons.
