Next to stunning Lake Ontario, the Humber Bay Parks, and the Butterfly Habitat, 2183 Lake Shore Boulevard West sits in a vibrant new community in Etobicoke. At the base of the elegant Eau de Soleil condo towers, KCS has secured a commercial condominium on the second and third floors, with private access from Lake Shore Boulevard.
Getting there is easy. Fifteen minutes by bus from Old Mill Station. Fifteen minutes by car from the KCS Junior School. And accessible by bike trails that hug the lake from west Toronto, to the northern edges of Etobicoke, all the way to downtown and beyond.
The facility will be designed to create community, inspire creativity, and catalyse learning. It will include:
Open spaces for gathering, collaborating, performing, and community-building
Classrooms and quiet meeting spaces for focused learning
Makerspace and Art Studio to support hands-on creative work and prototyping
On the fourth floor, we have access to a stunning rooftop terrace. And just beyond our doors, access to uninterrupted kilometres of greenspace, nature trails, and waterfront.
Signs are up at 2183 Lake Shore Blvd. West, announcing our arrival to the community. In addition, work with our chief architect, Oliver Beck from Architecture Counsel, has yielded a stunning school design to support our innovative program. Construction with our team from TriAxis Construction is likely to take place most of the 2021-22 school year.

Make sure a classroom has the capacity to link into learning opportunities beyond its four walls – even beyond the Earth itself.
